Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment has been successfully received.
Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
During product launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other courier partners depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipment has been processed.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries.
International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
